Modern Landscape Design with Fire Pits

We at Warming Trends return to modern landscape design with fire pit inclusion in todays blog. Fire pits are the hottest items on the market today when it comes to modern home design and there are many different ways to incorporate a custom fire pit into your backyard living space. Lets explore a few different modern designs courtesy of www.houzz.com/.

This boxed in fire pit with seating area is a nice example of how to section off a specific space in your garden for gathering and seating. Notice also how the pavers lead people through the garden acting as a natural path to follow.

This sleek and modern design blends the indoors with the out. An open sliding wall marries the kitchen with a covered outdoor patio area perfect for setting up an outdoor seating and dining area right off of the kitchen. I like the long horizontal lines and clean minimal white color theme throughout the home design as well. It helps to create a visual appeal of more space.

I like the warm color theme of the seating area in this garden and patio design. The burnt orange blends well with the natural earth tones in the garden as well as the brick facade of the home. They also balanced the coffee table well by butting it up against the covered concrete fire pit while matching the fire pit cover with the lattice of the table itself. This creates a juxtaposition of weight but works well in this situation as they are both of the same width.

This is a design that we custom built for a homeowner in Tuscon, Arizona as well as a testimonial:
Hi Ray and Mike:
We fired up the firepit last night and all worked great! Thanks for your help and here are some pics. My wife likes the 3/4" Amber glass so much that she wants it in another small propane fire pit we have. Can we get another 50# bag of the 3/4" 576-GO Amber 2 at the same price?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Gary - Tuscon , Arizona

I like the length and the presence that this fire pit presents as it is a stand alone centerpiece for gathering on their patio. Here is a shot of the fire pit burning at night with our CSA Certified Crossfire Burner System.

And here, our clients friends and family are sitting around the pit staying warm in all of the flames glory.
